To get started,

or PayPal details (you won’t be charged) and complete the sign-up process. Once
your Skype Premium service is activated, you can cancel your recurring
subscription immediately while the premium services will continue to work for

The fine print
says that you can make free calls to land lines and mobile phones in Canada,
